Julie is a senior at Coeur d'Alene High School who encountered a male, dressed as a male, inside the girls restroom using the stall right next to her stall. Afraid and uncomfortable, when she reported the incident to the administration, she was told she could just use the private nurse's restroom since they had to allow boys inside the girls restroom.
