Thank you to KM for pointing out my error in reading the stats.
My original post below mentions the statewide percentage proficient in reading and math.
For PWJSD specifically the ISAT Percentage Proficient in English is 18.4%, and 4.4% for math. I would want a minimum of 70%, wouldn't you? They spend more per student that the other school districts in our county yet their test scores are the lowest in our county.

Here are stats on the Plummer-Worley Joint School District in terms of Reading and Math Proficiencies. 37% of 4th graders and 8th graders in the district are proficient in reading. 43% of 4th graders and 37% of 8th graders are proficient in math. Note how low their ISAT scores are.
Will the Plummer-Worley Joint School District present a levy that actually puts money towards areas that will improve reading and math proficiency? I am optimistic about this one, due to their bond passing because they were specific about their needs.
