More Bias from Saterfiel and DePriest

This is more video from the April 14th meeting of the Hayden City Council, Councilman Saterfiel expressed again that he doesn't think the City Council could make an unbiased decision regarding who would be picked for mayor. Councilman DePriest agrees with Saterfiel.
This sounds similar to what has been going on at North Idaho College with their trustees.
