Mary Souza and Decorum

Idaho State Senator Mary Souza has repeatedly said that Idaho Senators are about decorum.

This seems odd in light of the behavior of Becky Funk (Mary's Campaign Manager) at the Regan Republicans Meeting yesterday.

I was not in attendance but I have heard from multiple people about the event. Interrupting an invited speaker, yelling at them, etc. is not proper decorum. Seems like a case of rules for thee, but not for me. Perhaps I am mistaken....
