Wow, Hayden City Councilman Roetter didn't want to abide by the set time for public comment. Quite a bit of what he said was half truths or inaccurate. Then Roetter goes on to be rude in public to Councilwoman White yet again. No attempt to resolve the issue with the quorum privately from what I can tell.
Eight minutes into the video there is a discussion about hiring a consultant to figure out how Hayden can have its own police force in the future. Why is a consultant needed? Then there is a discussion on if a levy to fund a Hayden Police Department can be put on the ballot in May for the public to vote on. Ah yes, another increase in taxes and getting away from Constitutional law enforcement.
