Drug Related Crimes in Idaho and HJR 4

Came across a good report on Drug and Alcohol Related Crimes from 2025, with data going back over a decade. I have included some screenshots from the report to this post. This is good information to keep in mind when voting on HJR 4 on Nov. 3rd. A yes vote on HJR 4 would change the Idaho state Constitution to where only the legislator can legalize narcotics and hard drugs. Making it so the initiative process could not be used to legalize drugs.

Personally, I don't want marijuana, cocaine, etc. becoming legal in Idaho. Look at how Washington and Oregon are doing on that issue. I am leaning towards voting Yes on HJR 4. What are your thoughts on this?
