Commissioners Are Not The Boss Of Other County Elected Officials

Did I misunderstand one of the Bonner County Commissioners? Did he say that another elected official in Bonner County can't say no to a commissioner? That is not correct.

County Commissioners are not the boss of the other elected officials per statute. The commissioners do have budget authority only over the other elected officials at the county level.
