CDA Police Hypocrites?

The CDA Police seem to be hypocrites. One of them stated in a recent CDA Press Article that, "We are not in the business of suppressing people's First Amendment Rights." Really?


The CDA PD enforced an unconstitutional mask mandate in the city of CDA in 2020. They attempted to prosecute people for not wearing masks. Thankfully the County prosecutor at the time refused to take the cases, so the charge were dropped.


Pardon me if I don't believe them.

This is the difference between elected law enforcement and appointed law enforcement.
