Here is the third proposed bill for the Idaho Legislature special session on November 15th.

I like the wording that says that there will be no penalty from the federal government.
I am not sure how this will keep people from being required to get the jab.
It seems to cover governmental agencies.
I wrote to Vick asking him to consider adding in employers. You might be thinking I don’t want government to interfere with business, but you would be protecting Idahoans from business overreach.If all businesses start requiring the jab that is a form of a monopoly and it discrimination.
Making sure that businesses can’t force the will of the federal government on Idahoans is something to consider.
