Interesting pattern in the Absentee Ballots from Legislative District 4 (Coeur d'Alene) races.
The incumbents were ahead in the absentee ballots. Malek was also ahead in the absentee ballots. Why is that?
My best guess is that name recognition is more powerful than people want to admit. What do you think?
