Update on NIC Trustee Howard's Residency

According to the Attorney for NIC, Howard meets all the residency requirements in Idaho Statue.

Howard self reported that he has: - "Has a residence in Kootenai County and in his zone in Bayview - Is registered to vote in Idaho and uses the Bayview address - Has an Idaho driver’s license - Pays property tax on his Bayview residence - Files tax returns in Idaho and uses the Bayview address - Registers his vehicles in Idaho and - Has an Idaho license to practice law."

Back in December his voter registration was not listed as Bayview. The address is Bayview was not listed as the primary residence.
