Pro Abortion is not Republican Values

If a person has gone around collecting signatures for the initiative to make abortion up to birth legal in Idaho, would you say they are most likely to be a Republican or a Democrat?

I am asking because there is a person in Kootenai County that is running for Republican Precinct person and believes in abortion. Has this person read the Idaho GOP party platform?

Did NIR know this when they endorsed this person?

I don't think one needs to agree with the whole party platform but this is an important topic.
