Post Falls City Council Appointment

The Post Falls City Council will be recording and live streaming the interview of the candidate to take Randy Westlund's spot on the Council. The deliberation of the city council before the confirmation vote will also be recorded. The interview and deliberation being public has never happened before, as far as I can remember.

State law says the mayor nominates and the council votes to confirm or not confirm. Keep in mind that Westlund is being sworn in as Mayor at this meeting.
