Around the 27 minute mark Hayden Councilman Depriest reads a statement on his opinion the history of the consent agenda law. I completely disagree with his opinion.
It appears that he is upset that the law was changed.
Shame on the mayor and the other city council members for just sitting and allowing a statement that was really a personal attack to be read without any response.
