Dark red: traditional conservative America.
Light red: traditional conservative America with a smattering of liberals
Light blue: still traditional America with a higher percentage of liberals so legislators here need to be RINOs. Also includes a healthy mix of crony capitalist legislators working to pass pro illegal alien legislation for the financial benefit of their farming and dairy buddies.
Dark blue: Liberal Area
