Enhanced Carry In Public Schools Bill Stuck

On Jan 31, the Idaho House overwhelmingly passed H415 (53 to 16) - a bill that would remove "Gun Free Zone" signs from K-12 public schools and allow enhanced permit holders to carry concealed on school grounds.

This bill enables teachers who hold an enhanced concealed carry permit to protect themselves and their students in times of danger.

Unfortunately, the bill remains in the Senate State Affairs Committee without a hearing or scheduled vote.
