Apparently Jim Hammond, the Mayor of Coeur d'Alene, says he is good at calming the waters when it comes to public comment at meetings. He might want to reexamine that.
At the August 8th meeting of the Coeur d'Alene city council he asked for the CDA PD to remove a person giving a public comment about the proposed fist statue. The person giving the public comment mentioned the head of the CDA Arts Commission by name.
Yet, when the head of the CDA Arts Commission gave public comment she was allowed to list names of people she didn't like.
