This editorial is factually incorrect. 1) A physician can treat a crisis pregnancy. Idaho law states, "The physician determined, in his good faith medical judgment and based on the facts known to the physician at the time, that the abortion was necessary to prevent the death of the pregnant woman." 2) A physician can perform an abortion if the woman i
