Post Falls City Council Candidate is Upset.

Apparently Linda Wilhelm is upset that her decision to not recuse herself has lead to people questioning her motives. Shouldn't we expect City Council candidates to recuse themselves if it looks like a conflict of interest.

She also thinks that government should create job. Really?
