Van Voorhees Not Guilty of Electioneering

This past November a criminal complaint was filed against a poll worker for electioneering.

Electioneering means you are not allowed to hand out voters guides, etc. inside a poll place.

Former CDA School board member Dave Eubanks was the one who filed a complaint.


A jury found the poll worker, Laura Van Voorhees not-guilty of electioneering.


A person who was present at the trial said, “Why is the county focusing on a nothing burger like this when they could be prosecuting sex crimes against children?”
