Here is Post Falls City Councilman Steve Anthony's response to my email about the potential conflict of interest:

Dear Summer; You should be receiving some information from the City Attorney regarding citizen in person attendance at the meeting.

Concerning a conflict of interest I asked our attorney, if I should declare a conflict of interest. He informed me it was not a conflict. I am employed by Kootenai Health not The Panhandle Health District.
