Former North Idaho College President McLennan is suing the college and the three board of trustee members for not renewing his contract. They did so without cause. (I would call that "cuz".)
We the people wanted him held accountable. Most of the county voted for three trustees being sued. Another example of a public person not accepting no for an answer.
