Ethics Rules Need to be Repaired

Idaho Representative Vito Barbieri said that he think the House Ethics rules need repair.

In his opinion, the report says that Giddings did not offer evidence to contradict evidence, but then the report convicts her of lies. Then how can she be a liar?

He goes on to say that Giddings did not meet with the ethics committee in private probably due to private conversations being used publicly.
